Our sessions take place at 12264 El Camino Real, Unit 60, San Diego, CA, 92130. We hold our private sessions at Self Made Training facility where you have access to a state-of-the-art equipment. Not a over crowded commercial gym. You get the space to actually train.

What if I've never been consistent with the gym before?
